Professional Practise - Envypost

I am still awaiting an email back from tom and its been 2 weeks, so I called up and asked to speak with him myself. However the receptionist, told me to just email him and wait for an answer. I told her I already had and she told me to re-email him to ensure the email comes at the top of this list.

I sent him this email and will hope again for the best.
